GAP is a fully bonded NVOCC company, licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC #3170NF) and in operation as such since March 1988. This is based in Miami, Florida.

Gap Forwarding will arrange inland movements to or from anywhere in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, by truck, rail or air to anywhere in the world. The Company consolidates cargo from various suppliers to one consignee, and also offers the added service of consolidating for clients, and shipping to agents.

GAP also forms the hub of the telecommunications logistics network for the Caribbean. A fully operational fulfillment business works out of Miami to facilitate the distribution of cellular handsets to the Caribbean.
