C. D. Alexander & Company Realty Limited is synonymous with the word property in Jamaica. It is recognised as one of Jamaica's oldest most experienced and largest firms of real estate brokers, auctioneers and valuers, having set up in 1945.

The Company was purchased by the Musson Group in 1987 and is run by an independent board of directors. Desmond Blades is Chairman and David McNulty is its General Manager. The Board is complimented by a lawyer, commercially minded business people as well as full working directors, one of whom is a fully experienced Chartered Surveyor. Christopher Scott, who is an overseas director, also deals with international property transactions and provides expertise in marketing and professional valuations.

The aim of the company is to expand across not only the island but also regionally, and to encourage investment and development within the island of Jamaica.
